The sign of a true public servant is not what happens in front of the camera or for the camera but what happens each and everyday - as Bill Herbkersman’s desk mate in the SC House I know how much he cares about people and how hard he works to represent each and every resident of Beaufort and Jasper Counties. His constituent service and seniority are invaluable to our Delegation and the Lowcountry. I urge the citizens of District 118 to vote to re-elect Representative Bill Herbkersman.

“Bill Herbkersman is a good friend and neighbor. During my years as a member of the USC Board of Trustees, representing the fourteenth judicial circuit, Bill was readily available when we were seeking funding for the expansion of USCB from a two -year to a four-year baccalaureate degree - granting institution. Thanks to Bill’s leadership in the legislature, we were able to obtain the funds necessary to insure the successful continuation of the university. Bill is a great asset to this community.”
